Getting Started
We’ll learn from you what types of apparel you want to offer and what you’d like embroidered onto your items. We’ll also answer any questions you have.
If you need design help, one of our in-house artists will be glad to assist you!

Quote Sent
We’ll put together a quote based on your needs, send it to you to review. You can pay the invoice online to get started.

Quote Approval & Scheduling
Once the invoice is paid, it’s moved to our production calendar, the blank apparel is ordered, and your job is scheduled.

Final art Approval
Approvals are sent out within 1-2 business days. The proof outlines your design, placement, thread colors and size of graphics stitched. We do not embroider until the proof is approved.

Production
Once everything is paid and approved, we prepare your job for production- creating a stitch file, ordering any custom thread colors, and laying out garments.
Your Items are decorated in accordance with the proof and selected decoration method. Items are individually quality checked, folded, and boxed up, ready for you to enjoy!

Complete!
Orders can be shipped or picked up at our facility in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
